All trips are subject to weather/tidal conditions. All prices and schedules quoted are subject to change without notice. Trips may be cancelled at the discretion of Reef Magic Cruises Pty Ltd. Cancellation fees may apply.

Spirit of Freedom:

An AUD$100 cancellation fee applies from time of booking to 61 days prior to departure. 20% cancellation fee applies with less than 60 Days Notice 100% cancellation fee applies with 21 days or Less Notice All passengers are strongly advised to travel with Travel Insurance that covers for Trip Cancellation and Scuba Diving Evacuation & Medical cover.

1770 LARC! Tours:

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to departure – fully refundable Cancellation made inside 24 hrs prior to departure – 20% cancellation fee Cancellation or no show on day of tour – 100% non refundable (If Cancellation is due to legitimate reasons (sickness etc) we are happy to offer a voucher to the value of cancelled tour valid for 6 months) If customer wishes to transfer tour booking on day of departure - $12 per person transfer fee to cover catering costs. If tours are cancelled by 1770 Environmental Tours due to rough weather policy, tour is fully refundable.

North Queensland Wildscapes:

24 hours no refund unless due to extreme weather conditions 48 hours full refund less booking fee of 20%

Oceanic Victor:

Customers may make changes to their bookings up to 24 hours prior to visiting, these changes are made by the Agent on the Rezdy online booking platform. If a customer wishes to cancel their booking the following conditions apply; • A confirmed order is locked in. Changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to the original booking time, but is non-refundable. • A pending order may be cancelled with a full refund. • No shows are non-refundable. • Cancellations of confirmed orders inside 7 days prior to the visit are non-refundable. Oceanic Victor operates in a marine environment, and there is an inherent risk of cancellation due to heavy weather. Oceanic Victor reserves the right to cancel visits if extreme weather or other conditions pose a threat to the safety of customers. In the event of cancellation by the operator, customers will be re-booked for an alternative date or provided with a full refund. Refunds will only be provided to the person who made the booking.
