Cancellations within 24 - 48 hours of tour departure will incur a 50% loss of the ticket price. Cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in 100% loss of the ticket price.
The tour operator highly recommends all passengers have travel insurance. Although every effort is made, the tour operator shall not be liable for any illness, damages, loss or delay that may occur due to factors beyond our control.
The tour operator reserves and retains the right to alter itineraries, fares and may cancel tours in unforeseen circumstances.
Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Melbourne & Adelaide:
Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to cancellations within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on.
Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Bums On Seats Tours:
Bookings cancelled within 5 days of tour departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee - no refund. Transfer to a new travel date may be available at the discretion of the tour operator.
HIT THE ROAD TOURS PTY LTD:
No fees if cancelled 24 hours prior departure.
No refund after that.

Cancellations
Standard day tour: If you cancel within 24 hours prior to departure, including missed departure, 100% cancellation fee applies, if you cancel 24-48 hours prior to departure, 50% fee applies
For private tours and charters – If you cancel within 48 hours prior to departure, including missed departure, 100% cancellation fee applies, if you cancel 48-72 hours prior to departure, 50% fee applies.
Change of date request is subject to availability and management discretion.
Explore Australia:
Explore Australia will not be held responsible for guests failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.
Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to board on the day of tour, will result in 100% full fare forfeiture.
No changes can be made within 48 hours of departure; however, you can transfer your booking to another person, and we must be advised of the name change.
